Lucy 101 Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to Lucy 101. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucy 101 ("we", "us", "the Platform"), governing your use of all services, games, betting products, and features available at lucy101.com.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the Lucy 101 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. 3. Account Management

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at Lucy 101. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using different names or identities, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed and any promotional benefits derived from them will be voided.

Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials – username, password, and any two-factor authentication details – secure and confidential. Lucy 101 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at support@lucy101.com.

Account Verification (KYC): Lucy 101 may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Supported Payment Methods: Lucy 101 accepts PKR deposits and processes PKR withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion is applied by Lucy 101.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Deposits are typically credited to your Lucy 101 balance within 60 seconds of confirmation by your payment provider. Lucy 101 does not charge any deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• IBFT bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Card withdrawals are processed within 3–5 business days.
• Lucy 101 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

General Bonus Conditions:

Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and may result in the forfeiture of any balance derived from abusive play.

6. Gameplay & Fair Play

All casino games available at Lucy 101 – including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, and baccarat – operate using independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RTP (return to player) percentage for every game is published and accurately reflects the long-run expected return for that title.

• Money laundering – using the platform to disguise or transfer proceeds of illegal activity
• Making deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name
• Collusion with other players on live casino tables or poker games
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Lucy 101 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or Lucy 101 administrative systems
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent access restrictions or misrepresent your location
